Hey Freiburger... I haven't heard you say that "there is no competition" Great attitude... and one that will take you far.

Trying to be over protective in an open environment won't ever work... Good for you... I know how competitive you and Chad both are... it takes a bunch to kick back and let this all sort itself out...

Thanks. I had close to the same attitude at the mags. We aren't here to stop anyone from reading elsewhere, we just hope we are good enough that people come here, too. If we can be the place where people find other cool things on the net, then we have value.

Hey, maybe you can throw together a set of generic dyno test wires so we can do back to backs on a number of engines and video the tests and see about some type of submission to CarJunkieTV. ;)

In reguards to 1fastmopar . I'm a little worried about the mag guys. I just don't see the point of buying all that paper and ink and then trying to sell it. I think they should give me the option of getting it on a floppy or a cd .I just don't like storing all that paper in my garage anymore.I'd probly even buy back issues to 76 when I first started reading car mags.

Yep, I pay just about all my bills on line, don't really keep any print catalogs anymore. If sites like this pop up with "quality" content, truly won't be much reason in the future to waste TONS of trees and fill our landfills with old magazines.. I guess the mags will always have a place... In the bathroom.. ;D Funny thing is, I hear some have replaced the mags in the bathroom with their laptop! lmao

They should focus on the content of thier forum to keep the people they have. Good info is always hard to find. That is what your Website is all about. Getting the word out and getting along. I think I'll have a Beer.
