OLD cars could be banned from the streets of France’s big cities in a move by ecology minister Nathalie Kosciusko-Morizet to stop city centre air pollution.

I doubt it... It may wind up being a ban within certain cities of France, based on congestion.

Hey, there is a speed limit on a good portion of the autobahn to help lower pollution... Time moves on. Fight for what you have a say in...

                          pre2001.

what is the excuse, it is not emissions.

I did read up of the worldwide ripoff on what is labeled premium from economy. It was about brake parts from asia...pre 2001 is in the legislation.

that is all fixed in the U.S.
                          maybe its a problem overseas?

That was my first thought anyway, must be something else.

I have encountered the fakes, more on older japanese tin cans than anything. Easily replaced even at 24 yrs back to normal, and of course better than never.

Dont buy any cars made in France.Ah! they dont send any here any how.
There is actually huge collector car community there.

And, so, what does this have to do with anything of importance. It's France after all.
