  • I found this yesterday

It's a true barn find (bullshit). It's been resting for nearly a year in a suburban garage. It's damn near all original, and near mint condition(roll eyes).

Have no idea. I've had about 200 1st gen Camaros...but none in almost 15 years. So, I'm at a lost. Any ideaS?

Looks like the engine has some goodies already installed....aluminum heads, intake.
        Ready to run?

Jetison the braided in favor of black hoses....add some finned aluminum valve covers

I've had a couple of 1st gen Camaros....'69's are my favorite....thought if I did another it'd be white
with Cragars.......sort of a Grumpy knock off

I got an idea and I'm sure it's one you've never done, since you've owned 200 and I've never owned a 1st generation Camaro you can give it to me!!!!!

It would be a first for both of us.

You can't find me a cheap but fairly clean '69 Firebird? And I know you're a Pontiac guy down deep Do what you do best, flip it. You got cooler cars to drive. Maybe finish up the paint/body work depending what you got it for.

I'm thinking white with black hockey stick stripes (it's a real SS), white 14x7 stock steel wheels with poverty caps/redline tires. It's not often i see a white muscle car...but when I do it looks soooo damn elegant to me. Also...make the engine and compartment more like stock. Thoughts?
