Motocraft factory fill is a synthetic blend 5w-20 - same stuff you can buy in the red bottles at your local auto parts store (atleast you can around here - heck I think even walmart sells motorcraft now?).
I would stick with motorcraft filters, and 5w-20 motorcraft oil if you want to be absolutely certain your new massively pretty totally awesome blue car gets nothing but what the guys I work with say it should have. - I don't think you could go wrong with blends from valvoline, castrol, mobile 1, or any of the other major brands - I have problems with Quaker state and Pennzoil - but those are likely now outdated concerns - they used to be parafin based crudes which when broken down turned into wax and turned your engine into a sludge making factory.
If you want to read more than you ever thought possible about oil - and filters - check out bobistheoilguy.com or some such name like that.
