  • Putting my 55 back together--live webcast

I let you guys watch when I took it apart last Saturday. Now we have all the new parts, and it's time to go back together.

End to end video platform for media & enterprises. Live streaming, video hosting, transcoding, monetization, distribution & delivery services for businesses.

I took the transmission out and apart Monday(?) and Gary picked up the parts for it at Transmission Products in Tucson.

I got the machine work done at Zinn Engine and Machine here in Sierra Vista, Tom got it done in just a few days. Valve job, cam bearings, clean block and heads, one new guide, and he cut the guides for the PC seals, and installed the new Comp Cams double springs and 10 degree keepers/retainers.

Trans is mostly together, need to go thru the valve body and button it up. Then the motor....but it's bedtime now.

Yes, I'm a CarJunkie... How many times would YOU rebuild the same engine before getting a crate motor?
