Redneck Neighborhood

Aint nothing wrong with being a redneck peewee. I've had some real good times with them. Hey, if some one takes a dump in one...you're not the one going to put it in the garbage truck.

Tom, the city of Cleveland TN has trucks with an elaborate sort of a space shuttle arm and a clamper-thing shaped like a 55-gallon drum cut in half, sort of, that grasps the big pile of stuff and puts it into a dumpster attached to the rig and they haul it away.

They can pick up and take away nearly anything, a pile of tree limbs or anything. It's impressive. They sure don't have to touch any of it.

AND THEY'RE GOOD. I've watched the operator scoop up stuff I'd have never thought possible while he was holding his cell phone on his shoulder and talking. Just another day.

I hope they don't come for a while, though. The display in front of our house, at least temoprarily, is every bit as good as the Washington Monument. And there's no price for admission. We're really enjoying it.
