That's a given! Oh, and there will be some high quality exhaust cut outs plumbed in there too.

      Cut outs - OF COURSE!

So - is the V8 conversion a given or are ya gonna stick with the inline for a while?

My "plan" (and we know how those go). Is to pick up an engine this fall, go through it this winter, and install it in the Spring. Again, the "plan" we'll see how it actually goes.

Got an e-mail back on a tall deck 427. Would prefer that (obviously) over a 366.

Depending on how much of a fight the stump puts up, you may get them quick. As long as the truck runs by the time it gets to my house!

When I was a kid there was a company near me that had the same body on an international. He had a ginormus front bimper for a counterweight and could pull almost anything with it. Since it looks like it needs mud flaps anyway see if Weld Built sti;; has any of their old ones left like in theis pic:

This has an episode of CHIPS written all over it. I can see it now, a truck carrying a load of live chickens loses its brakes and overturns on the road. Brutus to the rescue!

Now you're speaking my language. I think a CB will be a necessary addition to this baby!

Not just any CB Lohne's - it's got to be a good old solid state job with adjustable squelch, none of this new fangled digital stuff!

This one may not work - but it's the right feel don't you think?
