  • Forgot to Mention it -- Jungle Jim died 34 years ago today

Jungle Jim Liberman died in a traffic accident 34 years ago today.

Wish he was still around. That dude could have written the book to end all books about drag racing!
That which you manifest is before you.

Jungle was cool........I got to meet Pam at Bowling Green
this year. A very gracious lady.

Two of his cars were there........both 427 BBC back by a torque flite tranny

RIP Jungle! He was the ultimate Showman and in more demand then Garlics. I can't think of anyone else that had to have two cars way back then to satisfy the promoters.

I remember going to Garlit's museum back in the early 80's. He had the key from Jim's vette on display...kinda eerie.
