O.K. Brian, it's been a week. I want to see pics of this truck with the front wheels off the ground while that cable is trying to rip said stump from it's resting place........

Bryan, you are going to confuse the hell outa me with those horse-racing referances. Besides, do you really want to compare Bry with a horse?
BTW, how is the Mirada coming? I saw the one you posted (among many side-tracking other vehicles) and think it is the dog's balls! Progress pics??

I know that, so I should tell you that when making the laurel wreath, it needs to fit my giant head. Go XXXL on that deal.

The world is becoming pretty helpless. Good thing for guys like us with fuel efficient working trucks. I think Brutus gets worse mileage than your F600.
Brian, don't for a moment think that I would be pulling against you. I'm just doing my part to point out the difficulties and, well, maybe egg you on some. If you and Brutus pull this off, I'm going to be the first in line to praise the accomplishment.

BTW, I have been running the '72 F600 all week, splittin' gear with the big red button just for the fun of it - hauling raisin trays for my picking crew.

Nik, I like the way you think; Brian?? You know those boom cables go slack and flacid if you don't use them regularly. I'd just hate to think of such an awesome truck as Brutus getting emasculated from lack of use.

I've messed with stumps before. Why most are all bastards who are more unwilling to move than a Vega in stock trim, every situation is different. I've had easy big ones and tough little ones that fight a backhoe like no ones business. Be safe Brian, and hang that wood from the truck proud.
