I have a few friends who've done Targa Newf ... figure on a $15 -20K budget, assuming that you already have a prepped car. Obviously having sponsors would help.
As far as the Newfie women go, the best one I've ever seen is former Playmate (and longtime Gene Simmons paramour) Shannon Tweed. Actually, her sister is pretty decent too. ;)
