Boxer is right. It is a condition/throttle controll transfer system. It transfers throttle position to the engine and controlls the prop too.

the one I posted before was torn down because some nit wit rebuilt it and put the cables back in the wrong position so the throttle and prop rigging was all out of whack...not something a pilot wants...it's a bad thing lol.
