research.. ya how about putting your area in your profile so it's under your avatar..
sorry not a mind reader.. and I am in an area that by your standards would have no interest.. funny it was these fans that help get a race up here.. and sell out the place every year ,every race.. something your area has never done

y'all know why I was mentioning 1979... it was a loaded question. I think things got handled a little differently back then. Ron Hornady would have dropped his helmet, the fight would have been on, and ratings would have SOARED. I remember the deal from '79 and I was 14 years old. The only thing that kept my interest at that age had boobs.

I thing Gibbs response was kinda lame - it reads "Weak" but I think he may have one thing right. The interest is really up there. We love drama. People at work who don't know if they have spark plugs, much less how many, are talking about Kyle "the douche" to quote the OP.

I read this somewhere else and it made me think, just how contrite is this young man gonna be when he's not worried about having a ride?

"Was there a point in which Joe ever told me that, 'Hey, we're looking at terminating this?' No."

Hell, if I knew I could get away with whatever I wanted with a slap on the wrist, I'd probably be a little more nuts too!

Guys, if I stomp and scream and throw nerf stuff around the room, and demand my own way every time, you'd say I was a little kid.

In the old days you didnt have as much national interest, thus less attention to detail.

We're not supposed to talk "religion" here (other than the de facto GM LESS V8 "religion" ) but forgiveness is a teaching of Gibbs' faith . . . Probably a little easier when you're "forgiving" a dude that sometimes wins races. Still, Gibbs is a low-down gutless weasel for his unamerican sell out to Toyota and an obviously terrible judge of character.

I won't buy or eat M&Ms until Mars stops sponsoring KB for good (not just a two-race suspension) and gets its name for good off of Gibbs traitorous Toyotas.
