  • Bench race this

Thinking leaving the outside alone (straighten it up and maybe repaint grey or silver), leave inside alone (fix what's broken), poverty caps, 9", tubular suspension, disk brakes, EFI twin turbo 455 and turbo 400, gauges would be plugging in the lap top but do nothing to the dash.... just a nice, clean, grandpa driver.

    1965 Buick Wagon Special Deluxe
310 V8, 2 speed Auto. Runs/Drives Excellent. Clean Title and current Registration. Drive it Home today
Has rust on door panels, and some bondo.

Add a gear vendors behind the T400 and it sounds perfect to me. Just how badly grampa beaten is the passenger side?

How bad could the passenger side be?
It might be easier to get a lesure suit and a fedora and just go with it.

That's freakin' awesome! Reminds me of a time back in the late 70s... I use to hang with a bunch of Ford Heads... we dropped a fairly stout 427 into a ratted-out '74 LTD, a built C6 and a 9" with some deep cogs. To add a little "sleeper medicine" we drilled a small hole in the exhaust X-pipe and would drip oil into it so we'd get a little tailpipe smoke. The thing was a total sleeper... a wild banshee.
                        Nitrous, baby!!...

This is what we had when I was born. It got left in Okinawa when we came back in 1976.

This was taken by Dad on the AlCan Hwy on his way to Eilson AFB in Fairbanks. He did this three times. Those old bias ply tires wouldn't grip enough to get it back on the road. Dad said he drove ten miles like this trying to get the tires back up on the road.

                            I can't seem to find "310"

                            is it an odd one?

                            301 in a delta 88 stumped a few..damn bop motors.

come to think of it, who is going to straighten this wikipedia aritcle out on the buick v8?

..and the 307. chevy had one too.

It's most likely a 300. Dad's 64 Sport wagon had that engine. Many people don't know what engine is under the hood.
