Re: Would you buy it?
Nope - with a couple exceptions, 4 doors do something to the appearance of a car that just makes the car look wrong to my eyes.
Just passed on buying a clean '57 Savoy for peanuts because it had two too many doors. Car ended up in the hands of someone who appreciates it.

Re: Would you buy it?
Depends on the price. Should be proportionately less than a similar 2-door version.
Still has a cool roofline and big fins!!
cheers

Yes, would flat-black it, polish up the chrome, find some stocker rims and big whitewalls, and pancake it to the ground. Maybe see if my friend could wire up some flamethrowers...Editor-at-Large at...well, here, of course!

Smoking deal... yeah... not a smoking deal... nahhh
Bout that simple... it's just okay... I'm not quite over the 4 door Vs 2 door thing.... I like my 2 doors even in wagons...
Though I have this freind who just got a 63 or 64 Nova wagon in the more door form... Roof rack and all.... Car completely kicks ass...
The Malibu Crew Cab TOTALLY rocks if your in Mexico... it's like a 68 Z28 in mint condition ... for real... those folks LOVED that car... cause ALL thier Daddy's had one JUST like it
