what happened to the roadsters ?
thanks for the photos
In all honesty, the "street rod" typical roadster was actually few and far between-since moving to Pomona from San Francisco this thing has morphed into a much larger/broader automotive spectrum show. There was a building full of low riders, for example-that entire automotive customizing thing is not my deal at al, BUT the paintwork on some of them was unbelieveable!! worth the stroll through that exhibit. I am sure Chad should be posting up 400 photos or something today or tomorrow, these were just a quick look. You can spend 8 hours there and not see everything!
This year was the MOST I enjoyed the motorcycles! Instead of dorky, over the top, look at the size of my dick, oongapotch GARBAGE! There was some VERY tasteful stuff, and lots of it. Great job
I spent 8 hrs there on friday. But, I only took 240 pics.
The roadster competition is probably 20 cars. Not sure how many competed in years past, but how many ways can you build a duece roadster anymore?
My friend asked if I'd seen his recently finished roadster in building 5(?)? I asked, what color is it? He said black. I said, Nick, they're all fu*king black
