That's definitely unique Eagle, and I'll bet it's a bargain. But looking at the terrain, how far would one have to drive to the beer store from there? Or the gas station? Or the grocery store?

I'm guessing it needs to be cheap enough to allow the purchase of some type of aircraft to make the whole deal practical. But yeah, you get one hell of a garage/shop.
