      Actually I robbed all the suspension from a '73 Thing, installed it on an extra '72 sedan pan, and am rebuilding the '61 body back to structural solidness. Even found a matching roof rack for it.




      Here's what we started with.






      If you close in this picture, just under the door and behind the engine hoist, you can see the "new" pan with Thing front beam waiting for a trial fit.
