I think I see a cunning plan brewing here...
My guess is you first want to rub some dirt on the BTJ and see Bri's face in the dirt with it, and then probably rip the drivetrain out of the 5th and slide it in the Chally and do pretty much the same by dropping the bomb in Frei's backyard by putting a dusting on the Bomb aswell... Awesome plan!
Taking over the world, step by step... !
Or perhaps, well, maybe just not...

I understand the thinking on selling cars you have no heart into building. I just did that. But, someone else out there will be getting the car they've dreamt about. I believe that helps our hobby much better than hoarders.

Let it go, the hard part is finding a buyer who will actually build it

Okay, guys; there are a lot of good ideas here. There is no questioning that this would be a really good car to build. Believe it or not, I'm actually kind of ashamed to admit it, but as it is I have five 70-71 E-body Mopars sitting around collecting dust. I'm kinda feeling like 'that guy'. This Challenger is by far the lowest on the totem pole. A lot of those cars I just kinda backed into, like the story on this Challenger. Heck, I've got a super-solid 70 Cuda that just got thrown into a deal on a 70 Cuda convertible at the last minute. I didn't even ask, but the seller just said, haul it off and you can cut it up for parts - free, just as I was loading the 'vert. I'm feeling like I should let a few of 'em go, starting with this Challenger, but you guys are really making me reconsider and think about building.

Make a daily driver. Something anyone could wrench on Drop in a 318 or 360. Make it so you could drive it every day and then beat on it over the weekends.
Save it, not like these two I found in a barn. Sitting for 20 years.

Low cost T/A style build up,should be easy with that nice body..use what you have there..you need a cage-2 seats and a black T/A hood...wider steel wheels or older old style aluminium rims..front and rear spoiler...and of course it should be down in the dirt, but that is easy on Mopars...Engine and trans could be anything that works and is cheap..the goal is to get it done in 14 days, and beat Brians Caprice with lower dollar investment...

Most of the kit cars were aspen/volare bodies, though the builder could skin them otherwise. The development mule built by Direct Connection was a Challenger. Building a real replica of one of those would be anything but cheap. A very nice T/A replica would be a fraction of the cost and effort.

Back when I had multiple vehicles people would ask why I has so many cars. My reply was, they're just like shoes, you need the right one for every situation.
