Is BS doing a dump of old threads? Or is my search-fu just extra weak today?

I've been trying to find an old thread where I posted pictures of a VW beetle and a MGB GT I found behind a neighbors barn.............. and the post seems to have vanished?

Are we dumping old threads?

I wanted to dig it up and revive it as last night the saga continued, but...

Never mind, I found it using Google to search Bangshift. The Bangshift search was of no help today.

I don't think the old stuff is properly indexed for the search function. All the threads are there, just the search function will not recognize them.

The vBulletin conversion was not kind to the search function. Funny that google pulled it up

Yeah. And I hate google with a passion, so it took a lot for me to use it.

I like Metacrawler, its a search engine that searches search engines. Usually FAR more useful results than more modern searchs (metacrawler harkens back to the early days of the internet) but this time Metacrawler couldn't turn the trick for me.
