yup....although on the other side of the argument is the fact that the vehicles with expensive pumps use about half as much gas as the ones with vent windows!

I was stationed in Ohio for 4yrs, actually lived right down the street from where HBS's new recruiting station will be if he's going to the one I know about. I'm well aware of the ODOT customization with random vent placement.
