Sorry man, nothing old school about that motor all, 35,000 dollars plus of it. We had a nice talk, he might bring it on Drag Week, if he can get it off the 330* temp it made in 35 miles and he pulled over twice, till the chase car was in sight. Great guy, the over night saved him, he called his motor guy and they re-jetted it.

A couple of hitters were not in Memphis. Tom Heatley is still waiting for his car to be completed by Miller Race Cars in Connecticut and it should be INCREDIBLE. He was accepted to PGD this year with the thought being the car would be ready. He missed the NMCA race at Bowling Green and it looks like he will miss the NMCA race at Atco, too. Check this bad boy out! : https://www.nmcadigital.com/forums/s...ead.php?t=9229
Another hitter who may well be in the show for next year is Jeff Knox. Knox just ripped off a 8.06 last Saturday in Bowling Green in full street trim. Very impressive car.
I wish I could have been there. It looks like the quality of the cars was outstanding and everyone had a good time.

It's really no different than trying to glue them back on after she has her way.
