One of the things on my "Someday" list is to do the Power Tour. It's gonna have to get a little closer to the west coast though...

looks like a lot of really cool cars, man I wish they would get away from this mid west crap and head out to the left shore so I sould go....

Anyone know what the story on this Mustang is? The lines look all wrong. Not by much, but it's driving me nuts trying to figure out what the hell is going on.

It's the angle of the shot and the new wheels that have no dish to them, it also looks like it may have been taken with a wide angle lens or something.

The car was all normal save for the wheels - I saw it in person, there's something funky with the perspective of the shot.
There's always something new to learn.

Could be the angle I guess, but the A pillar looks really thick.

Wheelbase is much shorter than a stock Gen 1 Mustang. A Fox/Fox-4 chassis rebodied as a two-seater?

I was going to say the same thing. And I started to look at the a-pillar and the windshield. It looks like the newer mustang behind it. There is a parting line in the paint that matches the newer mustang. And it looks like an older mustang windshield. Rebodied 2005-2009 mustang.

OK, Here are some pictures that I took yesterday when the HRM Power Tour came through our burg of Champaign Urbana. I met up with Vince "Black GTO Ragtop" DW class of 2005 and a few others, everybody appeared to be having a great time and it even got better when the rain finally stopped!

Yeah that truck caught my eye also, here's another pair of trucks that I didn't include in the Power Tour pictures.

If you want a close up on any of the pictures click on this link and then click on the picture a second time for double enlargement.
