Racer died to day at Thompson Raceway Park in Thompson Ohio. Still getting information, was a beautiful Dodge Dart, lost it on the top end, crossed the center line. Hit the guardrail. RIP.

Thompson's a pretty good track, not many wrecks there.
This is the first fatal one I've heard of in a long time.
The guy went out doing what he loved, may he rest in peace.

That's Sad to hear and may he Rest In Peace. That's a terrible loss for sure but we all know that's a possibility when you suit up and strap in because there are so darned many things that can go south on a pass.sigpic
