    I have to praise Sears - wow. I went to exchange screwdrivers, and it used to be when they didn't have the item you'd simply have to come back and hope they have it. Not anymore, you can order the tools online, with the "pay in store" option. You take the tool within 48 hours to Sears, and assuming acceptance, they gift card the "purchase" and send the new tool to your shipping address. All for free!!!!

    They took the cuss out of customer service and have my congratulations for such a great service.

    I really love there tools , for the money . I remember when your ratchet was broke, you'd take it in and they would toss you a rebuild kit and expect you to fix it for them . I'd toss them the ratchet and tell them i'd be back in 30 min. It's probably the only thing K-Mart has done right since the merge.
