Yeah, that's the worst part. Most of the guys under me make a lot more than I do, but they can go home and forget about work. I have to keep my cell phone on all the time.

That would be another reason that I changed jobs a year and a half ago . . .

That's the great thing about America -- if you don't like your job you are free to quit and go somewhere else.
