I just got a smart phone a week ago Sunday....then Wednesday Ryan who runs the HAMB released the Jalopy Journal (HAMB) app for android phones. The next day I left for the HAMB drags. It was neat being able to easily post pics and read threads on the HAMB forum while I was at the HAMB event.

Maybe someone will write a BS app? It's a pain having to use the browser and zoom in and out all the time to read and post here using a phone.

I believe I've mentioned this earlier here, there's an App called 'Tapatalk', which let's you browse forums in a much simpler way without having to scroll and zoom all over the place on your phone.
As a forum-owner you only have to copy 1 directory inside the forum's base-directory to make it work.
Ryan's TJJ app is a custom version, based on this Tapatalk software.

We are getting ready to replace our blackberry's with samsung Galaxy's..... sounds like the android platform will have lots of fun stuff we've never seen before.
There's always something new to learn.

I've got a simple one that uses GPS to display your speed. Nice to have for modded cars that have non-stock gearing or tire sizing, so that you know what speed you actually are going. One I have is called "Speed Box".

              cheers

I was just thinking about the speed one several minutes ago, swapped tires on the 55 and wanted to know how it affected the speedo. I used Glympse on my trip, but took it off the phone when I got home.
