I think that's a Yamaha TW200, for when you need an itty bitty bike with big tires. They look like fun.

Glad you asked Pdub.....actually I was waiting for someone to call me on it!
Had just bought a new patio table (couldn"t pass it up, sturdy, no glass, good size, wife liked it, and on clearance) and was pulling out after loading it up. Also in the van (along with the 4x6 table) were said wife, 2 boy childs, Poppa-in-law, our buddy Jim, and 2 dogs.
I was pushing my luck going back around for the picture. And if we stopped, Jim would have gotten out to look too. Not a problem, but the owner would have come back, and when Jim gets talking you are in for the long haul.
Plus Dad-in-law had already stated loudly that he hoped we hurried back to the cabin, as he was claiming first dibs on the bathroom.
I don't argue with such scenarios. I just drive faster.

What's funny is my business partner wants one of those. He's always walking by my desk asking "Have you found me a TW200 yet?"
Yamaha has been making them since the late 80's/early 90's.

Think my step Father bought one of those recently.
