Ayup!! But I don't like fins, unless they are on Studebakers.

Frankly a "tri-5" Ford is a homely beast.

I find finned Fords quite handsome - especially the 57's.

                Aesthetics are always subjective.

Thanks for the examples but not my cup of tea.

If they catch Memphis Raines and the other perps, maybe they'll sentence them to watching non-stop Dr. Phil reruns . . . that's worse than death row.

I know of a 64 Impala that was stolen from a customer's repair shop in L.A. and the car had Lojack. It had been stolen before! The police immediately found it parked on a street. But what thieves do is park the car in a public street and wait to see if it's recovered by Lojack. Normally the cops would have just picked up the car. But the manager of the repair shop knew someone at LAPD and got them to stake out the car....

They nabbed a guy checking up on the car... Then went to the house nearby, arrested the rest of them... AND recovered a 58 Impala Convertible in the garage that was in the process of getting a VIN swap.

IIRC, the crew was selling the cars off to Japan.
