  • Actual running LEGO V8 engine

This is giving me ideas for even more ways to waste time!

Cool Stuff, I still have Legos that are 35 years old. I played with them and my Kids played with them, and now the Grandkids get them. (None of us has choked on them yet either).

Legos are fun...my oldest son who's in college has a bunch of them and plays with them quite a bit, although now he does "engineering experiments" instead of just playing

He recently redesigned his Lego clock...

here's a forum page where he talks about some of his projects

you are really showing you age Joe.....

I still have Legos spread out in my home office but I'm more into large scale ones now rather than playing war with them. I don't have enough of the specialized mechanical pieces to really do the engineering projects I'd like to and the money is spent on the real thing.

Now that I'm home can can watch it... I guess its an engine though it strikes me more of a reverse air compressor than an engine. Though I guess you can think of any engine that way.

Did you watch the other ones? There was a 4-banger and an overhead cam v-8 too. Incredible. I liked the sound too.

                        I'm no rocket(or Lego ;D)scientist, but with a large
enough air tank and a light enough car, I think it'd
at least move... The sheer ingenuity displayed by
the builder is so cool; I'd like to see it put on a
                        Lego car for Monday Burnouts...

remote control lego car burnouts would be fun, not as smokey as BOsteve's but then again who's are?
