I still say he was lounging with the video girls and sucking down as much Tab as he could procure during the Eliminator/Afterburner sessions.....that HAS to be an electronic drum machine on those tracks.

I'll make no small acknowledgement of the fact that ZZ Top, and the right Rev. Gibbons has informed my approach to guitar-playing and music in general for most of my life. My late father was a big fan, and was all but too willing to turn his firstborn child onto these cats back in the 1970's.
