I do not want to buy 14" tires for my wife's 69 Mustang in the worst way. I also need to get it up and running and had a hard time deciding on a set of rims. I started thinking about 98-02 Crown Vic rims. 16x7 with the right offset. I quick look on ebay netted these. Now I'm having a hard time deciding if I want to put these on my 66 in place of my 15x7 TTDs mostly because 15" tire selection is drying up. The trim rings are aftermarket, I like how they look. Reminds me of the 68-69 ralley wheels used on Mustangs with the plain dog dish caps

Those do look good with the trim rings added. Any idea what brand the rings are?

Green like the car and argent both grossed my mind. The trim ring really look good. I'm happy to put the issue f rims to bed...now for tires.

The trim rings look almost like the ones on my 88 S10... I put them on wagon wheels (white car, white wheels) and it broke up the sea of white pretty good. I like them.

215 60 15's from Walmart , I can't remember the brand though, 75.00 and American made. Started with a G I think? Anything bigger was a lot pricier. I'll update when I see them next.

Oh, I can get 15's but the selection vs price isn't what it use to be, like 225/60/15. A lot better selection of 16's.
