OK my last straw with this site.

I really hate to bitch but when money, no matter how little is involved its important to me.
I ordered a shirt and windshield banner right before (first week in june) the "Hotrod reunion " at Bowling Green KY. I got the shirt and wore it proudly.
Lets shoot ahead a few months. Still no windshield banner?
Here is the emails with Brian:

If you haven't gotten it yet, I will resend. I can contest with the post office because I can dig up the tracking and it'll show that is the sitting in an annex or something somewhere. I have to do this way too often. No wonder they're bleeding billions of bucks a year.

Bottom line is:
1 Its been over 3 months.
2 I did pay $10 and ......???
3 Now no replies.
4 I have been ordering parts from all over the country lately and within 3 days were at my doorstep.
I simply do not want the banner and I don't want the $10 either because im leaving this site and I just wanted to let this out and also back it up with proof.

a mail issue.
Can't ever quibble at the level you might want to.
there was even crooks within organizations. rockauto even had a bad spell...narrowed to some link in CT, and fixed in a hurry. I was victim twice. never happened again. got their magnets all over the fridge.

on the other end, there is customers that pretend not to get something. Ebay has had one heck of a time with the mail crooks. I went through it more than once, makes me as a seller look like a bad end, and it is not the truth.

going on 13 years now..
it has been very good for not so long as I have been trying.

both accept a loss, find a cheap resolve. I could only guess bangshift does not have a corporate defense, roll with the punches. Crazy people are in the mix.

I had a issue with a shirt and hat order. Got the hat not the shirt. Emailed Brian and we got it all sorted out. That being said, isn't Brian out of town? I get the frustration over three months but man, over $10? I have been out more than that on eVilbay, and the likes. And why ya got pick on PDUB? He is speed record holder.

And also why point out pwe, because he makes his home on a car site talking about stupid shit he could spew on a flower pedal eating site and fit in better.
I just feel like if your on a car site you should have some car knowledge, he is kind of like a honda rider thinking its OK to ride with the Hells angles without paying his dues in the years before hand, thats why.
But on the other hand you got a "TC" who has a bunch of cars and parts but might as well be a blueprint to a nuclear bomb because he has no idea what to do with any on it.

if brian went to post office or wherever delivery went, they investigate. smaller the organization, the longer it takes.

I went twelve weeks over 30 something dollars..but it did reveal some crook was in it.
that stuff does not happen much anymore, mail business got real big with the net.

sometimes, it could be as simple as a wet item wrecked and chucked..nobody gets anything. I sold a memory chip once, dropped it into a postal box outdoors. we both lost the sale. never got to destination, guy told me it was an empty envelope.
