I'd watch..
gm and its road to climbing out of blocks with mains hanging out of them, had a wild stab by the worlds worst six cylinder.
not exactly future, it just paralleled an event in history called a turning point to evolution.
wiping the floor with everything in 1987, was a crazy porsche with less than 3 liters...ending up a crazy suspension tuned fastest car in the world wth an engine dangling out of its ass.
