Just joined - I recognize a few usernames from some other forums.
I have a 63 Chevy II that I used for 3 years as a daily driver. Two years ago I started doing some major work on it and it has been on and off the road for various things during that time.
I've think I've done a pretty good job of documenting my 'build' on my website: 63ChevyII.com

Nice car! Your web site is pretty awesome too. It's good to have another So-Cal guy here.
just joined because i know the KING of Cars BRIAN LOHNES. i was in need of some places to look for car parts and additional info and just happened to remember this site.
i have been around cars most of my life as they drove by, and i can do the general maintance and upkeep myself but if i have to take a car to the shop, i will always use the local guy as opposed to the big dealerships. all about helping out the guys who get their hands dirty everyday and know most of it all!
the first post i put out there i realized i didn't says gals. never know who's out there in these forums. thanks and i'll see how much i enjoy my time around the site.
the one step above jester for lohnes would be a fluffer. that would be great for him. keep him busy so he can't talk so much.
Hi folks, I am new here. My name is Steve Davis and I am from Elkton, Virginia. I am almost 62 years old, so I am getting a late start. I found my way here through the Studillac project car. I have a 1960 Studebaker that I am tring to give a 1953-54 retro look. I have a 1953 K body(2dr hdt), but I am reluctant to strip it for parts for the '60 project. The '60 currently has a Progressive Automotive C4 corvette front clip with Aldan coilovers. I have considered putting the '53 body on the '60 frame, but then I have to deal with a leftover '60 body and '53 frame. I have considered using fiberglass
front end from The Glass Shop in Maryland, but my fabricator seems to be hesitant about my using fiberglass. I spotted the Studillac Project car and it appears that it has a Pro Style fiberglass front end. That lead me here trying to find out more about that car.
