So, it's the end of the racing season here in Michigan. Was supposed to be yesterday at Milan, but they called a week early due to the snow we got mid-week; last Saturday a couple of cars hit the wall due to cold tires and track.
How far south do you have to go for year-round racing? Where's the line? What do I do until April?

Otherwise, many guys around here, when they put away their race cars for the winter, they race slot cars. There is a fairly large slot car track here that doesn't have to advertise to get business.

As you can see, the race season here didn't start on time this year due to the over-abundance of precipitation. The green pointer is the tech station and just below that in the picture is the fuel "shed". The square building at the bottom of the picture is the tower. The track is in front of the tower. You can see the score boards sticking up out of the water and the light poles that line the left side of the track.
