Some of these purchases have put profit in my pocket however, some times when you know it's a really good deal - it's best to buy - then sell later for more if you don't use it.
Nice shelf - o - tachs monk - I have a smaller version of that pile - hoping one will work in the falcon to give it the right feel on the column, or the 54 after the 292 goes in.
I seem to have a carburetor fettish - if I find a good deal on a decent one at a swap - I have a hard time leaving them there. There's always something new to learn.Comment

My problem is I've got tons of parts that I keep finding and snagging... 2 aluminum Corvair steering boxes, a pile of 45-fin aluminum drums,Charles W - BS Photographer at largeComment

I have a bunch of parts but most of them are spares for the Hot Rods which is like an Insurance Policy because that pretty much guarantees you'll never need them. My biggest problem is buying tools that I don't need, I can't pass up a bargain or at least what I think is a bargainsigpic

I currently have three times as many carbs than cars to put them on. But, I really didn't pay much for any of them.
I also have all the parts to do another four speed conversion. I just need a fly wheel, frame bracket and the pedal to z bar rod.BS'er formally known as Rebeldryver

I'm like a ferret. I like shiny things like Craftsman hand tools. Sucker for most things that are aluminum. If I could have 500 bucks of gold or aluminum I will take the aluminum every time. And secondary /daily beaters constantly suck money that needs to go for the trans am's paint job.Previously HoosierL98GTAComment
