65 GTO Ragtop

My dad had a Signet gold 67 400/TH400 12 bolt posi hood tach car when I was little. He sold it to a guy in 78-79 & in 86 we saw it at the Cleveland Autorama fully restored with a price tag of $21,000

1978 I had a chance to buy a 389 4 speed ragtop for $2000. I had 1500. Asked my Dad for the 500 loan, he looked at the car and said no way. You'd kill yourself. I was 18.

Once I got one GTO, then I started getting more. Now I have to refrain from buying them... still want a 69 so bad I can taste it though.
