It's funny. Every manufacturer test car and press car I have ever seen has Michigan manufacturer plates, even euro cars.

yup just apply for a builder title police go ever the car for stolen parts then you get a nice state issued vin and a title

heck you could probably even title one of those cars that sold at Barrett jackson that did not have a valid Vin in michigan. you know the test cars GM was selling that where not for road use lol
