  • OK Californians, let's hear it!

It's 19 degrees here in Illinois and going for a low of 13 tonight and the Snow is supposed to start around 3 A.M. So us frigid Midwesterners sitting here in the deep freeze want to know what you did tonight and what your plans are for the weekend, did you go to Bob's Big Boy in Burbank, it's 65 degrees there right now at 7:30 West Coast time. So what are the plans for tomorrow, Donut Derelicts, 73 degrees in Huntington Beach tomorrow, what about car shows?

you got cars surviving the frigid and feeling bad.
      real shame.

I know where the collector cars really are...they earn everything they got without a hollywood fairy tale.

I just posted 51 degree change in about 44 hours..
      54F to 3.

Today wasn't as warm as yesterday, had to turn on the A/C coming home from work. I have to work Saturday otherwise I'd be at the beach getting a tan.
Just groovin' to my own tune.

mid 70s today, cloudy but warm-went to breakfast in Malibu at the beach with the local MINI club-SoCalMINIManiacs, then we drove up the coast hiway out to the newest dealer in camarillo for a new model introduction. Stopped by the shop and delivered 2 cars, put a boat into my old 4 car garage for monthly sotrage so my ex can earn some extra dough, took the new woof to the dog park for an hour-about 65 out now, just a nice socal day.

we always eat at Coogies Beach Cafe in the big shopping center just south of Pepperdine. The food is good and priced fairly, not exceptional not bad, priced a little above average but not terrible. 9-15 bucks will get you a medium to huge breakfast. Theyt are ALWAYS accomodating to seating 25-50 people without extra charges. We had 35 cars/50ish people today
