We are all glad it's over and sorry that we lost another officer ending the threat the guy posed to family, friends and neighbors. Personally I'm glad there will be no trial and those affected can move on as best they can without having to hear about the nonsense of a capital murder trial and the endless appeals that follow.

This saves tax payers millions in court costs. Plus, he'd probly spend 20+ years on death row, again at our expense, which is something I never understood
