That is pretty bad ass. The shag carpet, the hand painted lettering, period decals and best of all full on mopar power...whats not to love...all the hard core Chevy guys here are going to bleed from their eyes and ears when they see this..

And it looks really nice, I bet with a little TLC it will shine and look fantastic.

Nah, they'll just want to swap in a "Corvette" LESS and some "dubs" . . . .

(Bow Tie bench racers' rule: All SBCs, no matter the source or generation are "Corvette" mills)

        57 and a 426.

        not much cooler than that.

        I'd go LS of course.
they did not exist back then.

not a money pit for that one...a bundle of return sitting there.

neat car. I dig the old scope sitting next to the blast cabinet too.

and the thumb screws on the float bowls...

Mid 12s, not bad for mopar power.

No argument here. Tunnel rammed Max Wedge is bitchin'. I would just getting running and stopping, then drive the snot out it.

Yeah, I'd leave the wedge in it. In High School a guy had a 55 painted that horny green 70 Roadrunner color and had a tripower 389 GTO motor/4 speed. He called it the Green Goober
