  • another sunday in some one else's shop

My wife's uncle is working on a 41 chevy coupe that belongs to one of her cousins. we went and took the body off a few weeks ago. In the mean time, it has a Nova clip now, and they adapted a 3rd gen camaro rear to the car. used the stock lower control arms, and fabbed up an "upper" set. not really what I would have done, but...

we set the body back on yesterday. of course my dopey a$$ forgot to take pics until AFTER we set it back in place. duh.

The diff appears to have 3 feet - unusual.

Looks like it should be a cool car and an appropriate place for a Chevy engine.

it will be a cool car hopefully.

long ways to go, I think we are taking the body back off next weekend to run all the tubing(fuel, brakes).

not to shabby...might want to re-use that torque arm mount for a future traction aid...lots of fabricated ladderbars out there for third gen f-bodies...

went back and took the body back off yesterday, and helped hang some new "pretty stuff" on the front.

It's hard not to admire a guy that installs the radio and does a test fit before he paints the frame. Looks good.
