OMG!!!The weather!!!

Man!

Last night we had tornadoes in the area, trees down everywhere.
We expirienced straight line winds in excess of 65-70mph.

My bro in laws lost power, which meant the sump pump, too.
It got a little wet, but we got a pump we dropped in and ran occasionally, off of a generator, to
pump it out, we just got power back there about 30 minutes ago.

More on the way tonite, in about 2-3 hours.
I will have turned off the computer by then, so
hopefully I'll talk to you guys in the morning, if I have power.


Wish me and mine luck, it hasn't been pretty so far.

Came in here in Linden at 4:30 pretty bad....Took an hour to pick all the crap up out of the yard...

Didn't get much last night, but today it really came through. Tornado sirens going off. No twisters here, but they got some a little northeast of here towards Romeo. Lots of branches down. Some seem as big as trees.

Theres a tree 2 blocks away, uprooted.

Things like 150 ft. tall. Maple. Sheesh.

Our neiborhoor is full of 60to 80ft trees.I always worry about one falling over. So far we've only had branches.

I had a tornado hit my house last August and tear up the roof. I put down the 140 MPH shingles so we should be good. That storm wrecked Fenton, and blew over the brand new TSC in town. Lets hope we are luckier tonight.

Hope all are OK. ME and I were driving back thru Minnesota, Wisconsin, Illinois, and Indiana during this, and we got blown around quite a bit, but ME's new HHR was OK with it. Oops - should post a "New Car" thread.
