I was bitchen when I made this.

The bread recipe seems a sick joke. Followed all instructions ended up with a cross between pizza dough and ..a ball of something willing to do something else.

So..with nearly five pounds of flour wasted on my second try at bread…
this batch WAS NOT going into the trash bucket.

the dough is a recipe like most bread, yeast instructions, little bit of sugar, some salt..water, wait for activation..and it really did. Added flour...
dud. Twice.

I then added 1.5 pounds of butter, 4 cups of sugar, 4 eggs..and realized I needed one heallacious mixer to put it together.

pc fan blade, spectre carburator stud kit and a 4.5 amp drill to the rescue.

still not sweet enough, and semi transparent. I conclude maine has some h3o as water this march (I mysteriously needed a hospital recently, not this bread at fault this was a few days ago.). Outer space can do anything.



not a glowing mountain dew, but close enough. Add some frosting, call it sweet enough.
