                  I'm by no means an expert.. I assume weight distribution..
                  Battery to the trunk will move 20 lbs? Enough?
                  Acceleration suffers with weight..

                    it was once said that moving the battery to the back was equivalent to a 10 inch set back... dump the lead-acid battery, and go to an oddessy battery (super light weight)... there are a couple of caveats to worry about though, so read the fine print...

                      It an Optima,and it lives in the trunk. Except for the block and bell housing all the normal stuff is aluminum,WP,heads,intake,radiator.

                      I should have wieght it with me in it ,it would add about 220 but Im aft of center,maybe pick up 1% F-R. LOL
