The lift numbers stated are correct. We cam Hemis much differently than most are used to but they make great power. Just remember that they overscavange by design so there are things we do to limit that.

lift?
who cares.
I would have stopped at .600 if this were a street longevity engine.
the gains beyond that are silly for that much move on the intake valve.
Was wondering here this build went. Great stuff.Previously boxer3main

Yep, 1.800 exhaust valve is plenty big. The manifold is going to a few other dyno sessions on larger and more race oriented builds. Hemi Joel had it to test with but had problems with what ended up being a head that had porosity issues leaking water into his engine (small pin hole in the intake port). Was a total bummer with the issues he was having, hopefully he can get it all back together soon after I repaired the head. We also got more aggressive with his combo - compression and camshaft. Once we get a little more info it goes to Nick Arias III where his guys will digitize what I made and we can fine tune the shapes. Patterns and tooling from there, hopefully next year we will have some castings. Its a much needed intake for this engine.Nick Smithberg
