not sure why or how a diesel guru focuses oin hp numbers on a diesel.
I see 1 liter per cylinder, six of them and a five inch stroke.
the torque must be very nice.

I seem to recall that million engine number in realtime, 1996. it was sad to some..
funny enough the little boxer I run came up in the same conversation.
1 million of just one model, about a million of the version that came before it.
30 years...and cannot find a single one of them.
