TC, sometimes you're like one of those guys who just HAS to fire up a doobie (or crack pipe) while wearing gasoline-soaked clothes and washing parts in an open pan of inflammable solvent.

The fact that Anne Frank's tragic story . . . even assuming that it's merely typical of what thousands of other children involuntarily faced at the ruthless, evil hands of Nazi despotism and genocide . . . apparently didn't move you aptly illustrates a profound lack of maturity and basic human empathy.

The mere fact that she documented the events of the time (from her perspective) AND the fact that the diary survived are what make the book important.

Its not so much her, it was the story that is historically important.

Why should I care about a little girl's story that was whored out by people to make money........ She is one of millions of little girls that died in those camps, but she's suppose to be more important than them?? Now that is self centered....... Honestly the only reason that book was ever in our schools is because of the Jewish influence in this country, it was just another way for them to make people feel sorry for them...... Oh look at poor little Anne and how the evil German's treated her, like she's anymore special than any of the other little girls that spent time in those camps....... And honestly I'm not Jewish, so why would I care....., I didn't care back in school, and I surely don't care today, so sorry if in my world Anne Frank is a nobody, but that's just the way it is, and I'm perfectly fine with it.....

OH MAN! I always thought it was the continuing spat with DG that would result in TC's ban.

I never expected he'd blow himself up this way.

However, I do agree that what he posted is simply indefensible in a polite, educated society.
