They're showing a boat on a trailer. ABC is calling it a 40 foot boat. No way. Media. That's about a 17 or 20 footer at best. In a narrow driveway.

So, we're all seeing the same thing on TV. Everybody figures the last bad guy got shot up hiding in a boat on a trailer.

As long as he's dead, and the zillions of cops on the scene are acting like that think he is, and thinking that was him. So maybe that part of the tradegy is over.

But it may be inappropriate for me to think out loud, since I'm not a violently insane person who has already committed an unthinkable act......I'll just hide in this boat, that'll do it.

I mean....I can hide here in this boat for 15 years and they'll forget about me and what I did.

Saddam was found hiding in a hole in the ground, the same thing? I don't get it. Bin Laden was hiding in broad daylight downtown. Hiding, nonetheless. It seems that truly insane people think they can hide from what they've done, like in a closet or a boat or in a hole in the ground and nobody will ever find them. And, so what do you do for the next 15 years? I don't get it. Insane people are hard to figure.

Actually I'm glad they got him alive. We need to know if he and his sick brother acted alone or if there's a cell, what motivated him, etc, etc. THEN we kill him. But really, life in prison is a bigger punishment - having to deal with and be dependent on the people you decided to hate for the rest of your natural life.

Oh, on the Miranda rights. NBC reports that there are a bunch or ?? they can ask in persuit of public safety BEFORE he gets his rights and then they can read him his rights and ask the same questions again and a bunch of new ones. Whether we like it or not, he IS a US citizen.

I'm hoping the Feds get to handle it, they can give the Death Penalty, Massachusetts doesn't have it, of course we have to hope they look at it as a Terrorist plot and not work place Violence as in Ft. Hood!
