They've always sent me a notification in the past, always.
This time, no.
I told them I wished to re-up, they send me offers for everything but.

Any unsolicited material sent to you is legally yours no matter what any documentation on they papers say. If that was the case we all be getting crap that we don't want and have to pay for it.

Guys, the "send the dvd back if you don't want it or pay if you do" deal is not legal. Read the superfine print and you'll see that you can just throw it away or keep it and you don't owe them anything and they can't report you to credit agencies or anything.

I renewed my car craft about two months ago and I haven't received a copy yet, but got the bill.

You always, always get a bill first.

I always got a magazine or two before the bill. Just not this time.

I won't say subscription issues were wine and roses with Petersen, but they were a hell of a lot better than these other clowns that have came along since buying Pete out.

How the long-termers like Marlan, Jeff, DF, Rob, and, god bless him, our late beloved Ol'Dad managed to stick around after the deal went down is beyond me.

By law, if someone mails you unsolicited merchandise on purpose, you have no obligation to pay for it.

I sent a message back to them in their pre-paid envelope stating that I would charge them with harassment charges in court!Waiting to see what happens.

I let my subscription to HOT ROD run out 6 months ago and I'm still getting them, I guess as long as I don't get a bill, WTH.

the same thing happened to me but i actually sent it back and they didnt show record of it when they called i told them to screw off and havent heard anything since but then again i did discontinue my subsciption due to the fact that my father in law gets it and i take his anyways. lol a bunch of freakin morons if you ask me.
